A Guide to Booking your dream cake with Custom Cakes™
Step 1- Congratulations on getting Engaged !
Let's get started by using the contact page and introducing yourself to our friendly & professional Wedding team. Don't forget to leave contact info and the date of your wedding as we can be fully booked years in advance. Wedding Sample boxes are available via the online store
Step 2- We will arrange a time & date that suits you & your partner for a consultation with your designer to discuss all your ideas, guests, venue, transport, flavours & everything in between.
Step 3- Once you are satisfied with your custom design, your designer will get to work on your quote & a deposit of €250 will be required to secure your date, with the balance being due 14 days prior to delivery. Convenient payment plans can be tailored to suit your needs.
Step 4- Delivery and assembly of your wedding cake is carried out by us exclusively, this is to ensure the cake arrives safely & any finishing touches necessary will be done by us on location.
Finally- Your designer will also be able to guide you through choosing other services for your wedding day such as photographers/ videographers/ make up artists/ room decorators/ caterers/ florists/ hair stylists/ Singers/ Bands etc as we have partners in all areas of the wedding industry whom we work closely with and are proud to recommend.
